Tomeka Napper Tomeka Napper is Owner and Chief Executive Officer of ViJIEN Enterprises Corporation (VEC), a company for emerging businesses, nonprofits, and entertainment professionals. Tomeka earned a Masters in Entertainment Business from Full Sail University in 2009, a BM from the University of Miami with a minor in Business Law in 2004, and a AA from MDCC in 2000, where she served as President of Phi Theta Kappa (2-yr International Honor Society) and MEISA (Music Entertainment Industry Student Association). She is an advocate in raising awareness on Autism, abused children and intellectual property. Tomeka’s professionalism and straight forward nature allows her to make powerful changes when needed and serves for the better good. In addition, to these positions mentioned above Ms. Napper holds her most important role as mother to her preteen son.
