After getting a new leaf on my orchid – not a flower just a leaf – I have suddenly become brave enough to try and nurture this ficus tree back to it’s previous luster. I found it on the curb – because there is no way I’m going to actually buy one only to bring it home and kill it. I have been there and done that. So there it was waiting to be dumped fading away in a cracked plastic planter. I brought it home, picked up some Miracle Grow Potting Soil, a ceramic pot with saucer, replanted it and waited…
THEN this started to happen…

and suddenly…
I’m starting to think that just maybe I can do this.

Here are some of the items I put out before our yummy cheeseburgers…
French baguette – toasted and not toasted. The beautiful red and white roses are courtesy of the husband coming home early Friday evening.
This stuff, Popcornopolis, amazing! This particular blend is Zebra Chocolate Popcorn, which I’m eating as I type this post. Note to Popcornopolis, add peanuts to this blend!
Last, but definitely not least the yummiest of yummy – Caprese Salad.
