I love the holidays. The happiness. The cheer. The weather.
I have myself wrapped up in a bunch of projects and I’m having a blast! Hoping I can write a blog showing all my completed projects. Here’s what I’ve been getting myself into…
Icicle Branches
Challah
Tree Ribbon
I found all this ideas on Pinterest – hence the name Happy Holidays Pinspiration! Each image above clicks directly to the site from where I’m drawing my directions, just in case you are interested in any of these projects too! For more ideas I have my eye on for the holidays you can check out the most recent pins on my Pinterest Page!
The ribbon on my tree is done, I’m waiting for the glue on my branches to dry and I’m off to start the dough for the challah bread!

We had a Trunk or Treat at my little guy’s school last Sunday. Thanks to Pinterest I was able to get some ideas for what to do with our trunk – I love My Pinterest!
I decided upon the theme I wanted to use, something relatively easy, and found two pictures for my inspiration – These are the two pictures and the blogs they came from…

A) Manda’s Mommy Mayhem B) The Dating Divas
—————-
Here is what you are going to need for my version –
3 large white poster boards
2 boxes of cereal
1 black trash bag
1 black vinyl table cover
1 red roll of wrapping paper

I cut each poster board vertically making 6 pieces. Two pieces for each row of teeth and one piece cut in half for the eyes – leaving one extra. I cut the garbage bag in half and used each half to cover the cereal boxes. I taped the eye cutouts, which can be cut in any shape you want, to the covered cereal boxes. The red wrapping paper is rounded at the tip to make it look like a tongue. For the “throat” I used the black vinyl tablecloth, which you could always use more trash bags instead and clear box tape to adhere it all.
Another hit from Pinterest – I love it!
